A Working Body runs appointments on time. This is achieved by not booking appointments adjacent to each other with a minimum of 15min between appointments. This ensures Clients receive their full time and are not rushed the door for the next Client.
Clients that arrive late do not have their time extended, with the appointment ending on time, thus not inconveniencing the next Client.
